Looking ahead to a new generation of CRM applications

Speaker: Rick Finlay, Sales Consulting Solutions Director, Oracle Corporation

Rick Finlay is a Sales Consulting Solutions Director for Oracle Australia. Rick works as part of Oracle's Application Solution Architecture team. Having joined Siebel in 2000 as a Product Specialist, Rick moved to Oracle in 2006, as part of the Siebel acquisition. Having worked on the Siebel CRM product for the past 10 years, Rick is now assisting customers with Oracle solutions that encompass the complete Oracle application footprint. Prior to joining Siebel, Rick held various product management roles at Attachmate. Rick is an active member of Toastmasters and is a founding member and director of the Banksia Environmental Foundation.

Prior to the main presentation Carlos Carneiro, Regional Manager for our Annual Sponsor, Experian QAS will be doing a brief overview of their solutions.

Following the presentation, there will be an opportunity to network with other Siebel professionals over drinks.
