Mobility: Extending the Reach of Your Siebel Application
Speakers:
Brett Nulf, VP Asia Pacific, Antenna Software
Clayton Crabtree, Senior Consultant, SMS Management & Technology
The proliferation of more powerful and more innovative smartphones & tablets has been the main catalyst for the blossoming mobility market. Mobility has been topical in many organisations that have deployed Siebel, with business users wanting to access data from their enterprise Siebel application in modern mobile devices such as the iPad, iPhone and Android devices. Mobility in itself is also central to a strategy for achieving strong new revenue growth, establishing significant levels of brand customer loyalty, and opening channels of direct, immediate, hands-on awareness for both old and new customers. Today’s businesses need to deliver mobile applications that offer powerful, personalized, and easy to use tools to delight and engage their employees and customers and make it easier to do business with them. However to harness the power of mobility, organisations have to deal with the proliferation of modern mobile devices and also work out how to centrally deploy, manage, and secure these apps across various mobile devices.
For the next SUGA event, we would like to welcome our guest international speaker, Mr Brett Nulf, VP Asia Pacific of Antenna Software (www.antennasoftware.com) to share his insights on mobility trends and strategies. Antenna Software is rated by Gartner as the No. 1 vendor for Mobile Enterprise Application Platforms, and their solution can be utilised to mobilise both Siebel CRM and Siebel On Demand platforms. Also presenting on the night will be Clayton Crabtree, Senior Consultant with SMS Management & Technology. Clayton has many years working as a Consultant in the Siebel Mobility space and will be presenting lessons learnt and case studies in delivering Siebel mobility solutions for the organisations he has worked with.
Following the event, there will be an opportunity to network with other Siebel professionals over drinks.
